<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable, in a dial plate for chronometers, deep reflected light of a hue similar to that of the dial plate for chronometers to be obtained and the dial plate to be more simply structured. <P>SOLUTION: In a dial plate for chronometers comprising a polycarbonate plate 151 (a light-transmissive plate) of which the front face 152 (one face) closer to the viewer is formed smoothly and the rear face 153 (the other face) is formed in a fine convexo-concave shape 154, the polycarbonate plate 151 causes a part of light coming incident on the front face 152 to be diffused by the rear face 153 and another part of light coming incident on the front face 152 to be emitted from the rear face, and a light-transmissive colored layer 161 that is formed substantially along the convexo-concave shape 154 formed on the rear face 153 of the polycarbonate plate 151 can, by virtue of this configuration in spite of its simple structure, give the reflected light diffusively reflected by an under face 163 of the colored layer 161 a color corresponding to the wavelength band not absorbed by the colored layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
