<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress bending of a drive shaft, and to improve assemblability of a piston. <P>SOLUTION: A piston (21) includes a piston body (22) and a fitting member (23). A recess (22a) recessed from a part of an inner circumferential surface is formed in the piston body (22) so as not to overlap with a main shaft (33a) as seen in an axial direction.
