摘要 <p>The device comprises coupling elements (3, 4) comprising a pipe connection (3.2, 4.2) for connecting two pipes (1, 2), where the coupling elements are designed in such a manner that a releasable fixed connection is producible at ends of the pipe using the pipe connection so that a more releasable connected sequence is put on the pipes by the coupling elements. The pipe connection is formed by actuated pipe-inner-side working instep clamps, and comprises actuated pipe-inner-side working screw thread trains and an actuated pipe-inner-side working conic molding. The device comprises coupling elements (3, 4) comprising a pipe connection (3.2, 4.2) for connecting two pipes (1, 2), where the coupling elements are designed in such a manner that a releasable fixed connection is producible at ends of the pipe using the pipe connection so that a more releasable connected sequence is put on the pipes by the coupling elements. The pipe connection is formed by actuated pipe-inner-side working instep clamps, and comprises actuated pipe-inner-side working screw thread trains and an actuated pipe-inner-side working conic molding. A pipe-inner-side low pressure is producible over the coupling elements during their reciprocal arrangement for each pipe, where line and sealing agents are provided at pipe connections. A gas-permeable compound commencing and ending at pipe connections and running axially to the coupling elements is provided for the pipe-inner-side pressure equalization between the coupling elements connected pipes. The coupling elements are executed as a positive compound, and comprise locking elements, a supporting device, a roll device and outer sealing agents. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for holding and transporting tubular substrates for coating in evacuated chambers for thin layer preparation; and (2) a transferring device.</p>
