Provided are a method, a device and a system for battery charge control.The method comprises: gathering statistically the accumulated power-down time of a power grid or the accumulated discharge time of a battery for an assigned site in a statistical period; controlling the charge current value of a bulk charge, the floating charge time of a floating charge, and the sleeping charge time of a sleeping charge carried out on the battery of the assigned site by a power supply rectification module in the next statistical period; the charge current value and the floating charge time increase with the increasing of the accumulated power-down time of the power grid or the accumulated discharge time of the battery; the sleeping charge time reduces with the increasing of the accumulated power-down time of the power grid or the accumulated discharge time of the battery. The present invention meets the requirements for battery charging under various power grid environments, thereby prolonging the service life of batteries and reducing maintenance costs thereof.
