PURPOSE: A transmission oil temperature control device of a forklift truck is provided to reduce operation performance of a transmission by preventing transmission oil from overheating or overcooling. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device is connected and combined with a transmission and first and second ducts. A heavy equipment transmission heat-exchange oil is provided from the transmission through the first duct with cooling water. The heavy equipment transmission circulates the oil to the transmission through the second duct. A switching unit(10) is installed on the first duct connecting the transmission and the cooling device. The switching unit is selectively branched to a first port(31) and a second port(32) according to oil temperature. The oil is provided to the cooling device through the first port when the temperature of the oil is over a set temperature.
