OBJECT CONFIRMATION DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a tag to a terminal on a terminal block at a low cost, or to support objective work without attaching a tag to a terminal on a terminal block.

SOLUTION: An object confirmation device for using a tag to confirm connection of an object of an on-site device includes: ID input means for inputting an ID of the tag attached to the object from the tag; first object identification means for obtaining first information on the object from output of the ID input means; position acquisition means for acquiring information equivalent to a position of the tag; second object identification means for obtaining second information on the object from output of the position acquisition means; and determination means for determining whether a combination of the first information and the second information is correct and confirming connection of the object of the on-site device.
