<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stiffness by a simple and light structure, and to attach a support member after checking the strength of an attaching position. <P>SOLUTION: In a support attaching structure, a support member 22 is attached on a surface of a steel plate concrete structure 11 installing concrete 14 between a pair of surface steel plates 12 and 13 opposite to each other at a predetermined interval, through an attaching plate 12.
