<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell sample which can simply be produced in a series of processes from a preliminary treatment process for extracting and purifying a nucleic acid to a process for detecting a nucleic acid amplification reaction and an amplification product, can be stored for a long period, and can furthermore be used for process accuracy control, in nucleic acid analysis such as gene expression amount inspection. <P>SOLUTION: The standard cell sample is characterized by being a transformed cell to which an expression vector integrated with a standard nucleic acid whose base sequences are wholly or partially known is introduced and which is immersed in an inactive liquid capable of holding the nucleic acid in the cell and capable of controlling the change of an expression profile. The standard cell sample is characterized in that an mRNA synthesized using the standard nucleic acid as a template exists in the transformed cell but a protein originated from the standard nucleic acid is not expressed. And, the standard cell sample is characterized in that RNA transcribed from a domain containing the standard nucleic acid in the expression vector lacks a liposome-binding ability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
