<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure waterproofness by making a seal lip contact with a vehicle body panel even when projecting amount of a burring varies in a grommet attached to a through hole with the burring. <P>SOLUTION: An annular flange 13 is provided inclined conically from an outer peripheral face of a cylindrical part to which a wire harness is inserted, and a projection serving as a first seal lip 15 is annularly disposed on one face on the outer peripheral side of the flange. A tip bending part 13b formed by changing an inclination angle from a position where the seal lip 15 is formed is installed, and a projection serving as a second tip seal lip 16 is annularly disposed on one face of the tip bending part.
