<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a user can log in on a composite machine, even when cache data of the user is not held in the composite machine, by approval of other user whose cache data is held in the composite machine. <P>SOLUTION: User information of a user who uses a composite machine is acquired to determine whether or not the user information is included in a cache data table of the composite machine. When it is determined that the user information is not included in the cache data table of the composite machine, selection of a user who approves the use of the composite machine by the user who uses the composite machine is accepted among the users contained in the cache data table.
