<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle arrangement method when manufacturing an information display panel, capable of precisely performing adjustment of parallelism between an elastic sheet member and a mask surface without any occurrence of failed panel due to failed particle packing even if an elastic sheet member with a thickness of 2 mm or less is used as the elastic sheet member constituting a particle packing component. <P>SOLUTION: A particle arrangement method when manufacturing an information display panel includes: prior to executing a particle group arrangement step, obtaining positions of the lower end part of an elastic sheet member for at least two places in the longitudinal direction of the elastic sheet member by laser devices 34, 35 when performing adjustment of parallelism between the elastic sheet member 21 fixed to particle packing means 23 and a mask surface; and adjusting parallelism between the lower end part of the elastic sheet member and the mask surface based on obtained positional information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
