<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output a stable value from a time when stopping to output a waveform till a time before starting to output the waveform without exerting an influence on the waveform. <P>SOLUTION: A waveform generator according to the present invention for generating a waveform includes: a waveform control unit 13 for parallel outputting a plurality of data items of waveforms; a waveform output control unit 15 that inputs the plurality of data items output by the waveform control unit 13, sequentially outputs the data items and operates at a speed higher than the waveform control unit 13; and a waveform stop control unit 14 that fixes, into one value, respective values of all the data items parallel output from the waveform control unit, based on the waveform stop signal for stopping the output of the waveform, and outputs it to the waveform output control unit 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
