<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically position a clamp claw in accordance with different clamp positions when at least two types of processed objects are replaced and mounted on a processing table of a machining center etc., and to enable automatic set-up change of a tool clamper. <P>SOLUTION: The tool clamper 14 includes: a hydraulic cylinder 15 arranged at a corner of the processing table and lifting/lowering a piston rod 17b to vertically oscillate the clamp claw 20; and a positioning means 30 positioning a horizontal turning angle of the clamp claw 20 supported around a drive shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 15 so as to be horizontally turnable. The tool clamper 14 further includes a control device 40 fitting a dedicated operation tool 5 to a spindle 4 of the machining center 1, performing relative displacement control of the spindle 4 with respect to the empty processing table 6 before fitting of the processed object at a position facing the spindle 4 and engaging the operation tool 5 with each clamp claw 20 so as to enable turning positioning to different clamp positions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
