<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smokeless grill without smoke and odor, which is placed on a shelf grill of a commercially available oven or toaster for toasting bread to thereby cook meat and fish without generating smoke and odor. <P>SOLUTION: A thin and rectangular heat resistance plate-like member (using aluminum foil etc.) is bent to have same-height saw-tooth waves at the same interval, to thereby obtain multiple mountain-top ridge lines 4 and valleys 2.
