<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory and scarf holder that can keep a scarf around the neck, and also can be used as an accessory. <P>SOLUTION: The accessory and scarf holder 1 includes: a plurality of ring constructing members 10, 20 for forming a ring shape by joining the ends thereof; a hinge 30 for connecting the ends of two ring constructing members, and having resilient force in the direction of closing the ring shape; and a protrusion 40 disposed inwardly on the inner circumference of the ring constructing member.
