In order to produce physiologically active bis-dialkylamides of phosphorylated 1,4-dicarboxylic acids described by formula (I), in which each substituent R can be a linear or branched alkyl or an unsubstituted or substituted phenyl, where the substituents of the phenyl group may be from 1 to 5 halogen atoms, from 1 to 5 groups of lower alkyl groups, from 1 to 5 groups of lower alkoxy groups, or from 1 to 5 groups of dialkylamine groups, the substituent R' may be a linear or branched alkyl and Y is a linear bond or a methylene group; a mixture of corresponding phosphorylated 1,4-dicarboxylic acids with hexaalkyltriamidophosphites of general formula (R'2N)3P is heated in an organic solvent, at a temperature within the range of from 20-80°?, until the reaction is complete, followed by extraction and cleaning. The compounds of general formula (I) that are produced by such a method have neuro-protective properties and can be used in medicine.
