The invention relates to practice apparatuses for instruction in small arms shooting. The practice apparatus for shooting comprises an optical emitter arranged in the barrel of the small arms and comprising a laser, power supply elements and a trigger circuit for actuation at the moment of the shot, and a target in the form of a sheet with a luminophore layer on the face, over which a target grid is placed. The laser emits violet-coloured radiation with a wavelength of less than 430 Nm, and the trigger circuit for actuation at the moment of the shot comprises a microphone for picking up a click of the small arms firing pin and for supplying power to the above-mentioned laser at the moment of the click.
