<p>An analysis unit (105) acquires data related to user activity, analyzes the acquired data, and finds user activity amount. On the basis of the user activity amount determined by the analysis unit (105), a characteristic amount storage unit (106) sets and saves a characteristic amount related to an activity amount that would be effective for obtaining the correlation between the user activity amount and vital data. A measurement point deciding unit (107), using a prescribed number of measurements and a characteristic amount, determines a vital-data measurement point at which the correlation between a user activity amount and vital data can be efficiently acquired. A measurement timing determination unit (108) monitors the activity amount found by the analysis unit (105), and when the value of the activity amount under monitoring matches the value of the measurement point, determines that it is time for measurement.</p> |
