PURPOSE: A tray device for a microwave oven is provided to store a large amount of food in a cooking chamber by becoming formed into the polygonal panel shape changeable with the plane shape of the cooking chamber. CONSTITUTION: A tray device for a microwave oven comprises a motor(30), a main drive gear(50), a tray(80), and a sensor(70). The main drive gear is rotated by the motor. The rack gear(84) of the tray is connected to the main drive gear. The tray straightly moves. When the movement distance of the tray reaches a set distance, the sensor transmits reverse rotation signals to the motor.
