PURPOSE: A crack detecting device is provided to prevent rolling oil from colliding with jet air and to seclude the rolling oil from flowing into a camera and lighting device even in case of a collision. CONSTITUTION: A crack detecting device comprises a lighting device(200) and a camera(300). The lighting device is arranged in the upper part or lower part of a base material. The camera is arranged in the other side of the base material. The lighting device and camera are accommodated in a housing to be toward an opening(130). The camera receives the lights(L) emitted from the lighting device through the opening. A purge member preventing polluted materials from being inserted into the inside of the housing is arranged in the housing. The housing is constituted so that a direction of the lights passing through the opening is inclined with respect to a gravity direction.
