PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly wood board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance noncombustibility, sound absorption property, soundproof construction, and antibiosis. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly wood board comprises a wood sheet(100), a bonding layer(200), a vermiculite mixture layer(300), a UV coating layer, a UV base coat layer(410), a UV mid coat layer, and UV high-glossy(430). The bonding layer is formed by spreading aqueous adhesive on a wood sheet. The vermiculite mixture layer is formed by spraying or spreading a mixture including inorganic bio binder composition and vermiculite powder material on the bonding layer. The UV coating layer(400) is formed on the vermiculite mixture layer. The UV base coating layer is formed by spreading a first UV coating solution. The UV mid coat layer(420) is formed by spreading a second UV coating solution on the top surface of the UV base coat layer. The UV high-glossy is formed on top surface of the UV mid coat layer.
