PURPOSE: A seismic isolation device is provided to absorb omnidirectional impact force and adjust vertical vibration absorbing performance according to site conditions. CONSTITUTION: A seismic isolation device comprises a bearing block(150) and a first elastic support device(170). The bearing block is installed between an upper member(130) and a lower member(110). The bearing block is installed with space with one of the upper member and the lower member and moved up and down between the upper member and the lower member. The first elastic support device is installed in one of the upper member and the lower member for damping the up and down vibration while contacting with a friction contact surface(152) elastically.
