PURPOSE: A printed circuit board carrier device and a mounter including the same are provided to independently carry a printed circuit board by transferring the printed circuit board in an independent mode. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board carrier device(320) transfers a printed circuit board. A mounting device(310) mounts components on the printed circuit board. A controller(330) includes a main control unit. The main control unit is respectively connected to the mounting device and the printed circuit board carrier device. The controller controls operation of the printed circuit carrier device and the mounting device.
