<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust bearing capable of sufficiently regulating movement in an axial direction of a rotary shaft and more excellently absorbing the inclination due to the vibration of a thrust collar. <P>SOLUTION: The thrust bearing 3 is arranged while facing the thrust collar 4 disposed in the rotary shaft 1. The thrust bearing has an annular bearing part 8 arranged while facing the thrust collar 4 and an annular base plate 9 supporting the bearing part 8. The bearing part 8 is constituted by laminating a plurality of foils 10, 11, 12, a pump-in type spiral groove for generating dynamic pressure is formed in a bearing face 10a of the foil 10 of the thrust collar 4 side of the plurality of foils 10, 11, 12. A concave part 14 continuous along the peripheral direction of the bearing part 8 is formed in the face side facing the bearing part 8 of the base plate 9. The depth of the concave part 14 is formed so as to continuously become deeper from the inner peripheral side to the outer peripheral side of the base plate 9 in the radial direction of the base plate 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
