<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device which suppresses a display defect caused by a leakage current in an off state of an emission period controlling transistor. <P>SOLUTION: An organic EL display device comprises: multiple pixels each of which includes an organic EL element, a driving transistor, and an emission period controlling transistor; a data line; and a control line. In one of the pixels, a resistance value Roff_ILM between a source electrode and a drain electrode of the emission period controlling transistor in an off state of the emission period controlling transistor, and a resistance value Rbk_Dr between a source electrode and a drain electrode of the driving transistor in a state where a minimum gradation displaying data voltage is applied to a gate electrode of the driving transistor satisfy a relationship: Roff_ILM≥Rbk_Dr (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
