<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide rail fixing device. <P>SOLUTION: The slide rail fixing device includes a fixing bracket, two bolts secured to the fixing bracket, and two insertion pins screwed over the two bolts. The insertion pin has a first insertion step and a second insertion step. The second insertion step has an outside diameter smaller than that of the first insertion step. When penetrating the fixing hole in the support post of a first server cabinet, the first insertion step of an insertion pin is supported by the support post of the first server cabinet. When penetrating the fixing hole in the support post of a second server cabinet, the second insertion step of an insertion pin is supported by the support post of the second server cabinet.
