PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device in which the axial length of a pump can be reduced.

SOLUTION: The pump device 33 includes: a pump unit P housed in a housing section formed in a housing 31 and including a low-pressure section and a high-pressure section formed inside; a suction passage formed in the housing 31 and supplying a working fluid to the low-pressure section of the pump unit P; a low-pressure chamber 40 communicating with suction passage and the low-pressure section; and a discharge passage 43 discharging the working fluid pressurized by the pump unit P. The discharge passage 43 is formed of a communication tube 44 that passes through inside of the low-pressure chamber 40 and connects the housing 31 with the high-pressure section.
