<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more useful information to residents in respective dwelling units of an apartment house. <P>SOLUTION: An information providing system includes a plurality of dwelling unit terminals 1 provided in different dwelling units 61 of an apartment house 6, and a server device 4. Each dwelling unit terminal 1 includes an information input part 11 and a display part 12. To the information input part 11 of each dwelling unit terminal, display content information including contents to be displayed on display parts 12 of other dwelling unit terminals 1 and location information indicative of locations relating to the display content information are inputted. The server device 4 includes a storage unit 42, an information processing unit 43, and a display control unit 44. Display content information and location information are stored in the storage unit 42 in association with each other. The information processing unit 43 uses location information stored in the storage unit 42 to obtain distance relevant information relating to distances from the apartment house 6 to locations indicated by the location information. The display control unit 44 uses the distance relevant information to preferentially display the display content information relating to a location closer to the apartment house 6, on the display parts 12 of the dwelling unit terminals 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
