PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molding having sufficient joining of joints, and a method for producing it.

SOLUTION: The fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molding 10 includes two or more members joined at joints, and each joint has inner fiber-reinforced resin layers 24 and 34 including to-be-joined surfaces 22a and 32a and outer fiber-reinforced resin layers 23 and 33 disposed outside the inner fiber-reinforced resin layers 24 and 34. The outer fiber-reinforced resin layers 23 and 33 each has one or more layers, and the reinforcing fiber of at least one of the layers has a number-average fiber length longer than the inner fiber-reinforced resin layers 24 and 34.
