<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EBG structure capable of obtaining bandgap characteristics in a low frequency band and capable of being reduced in size, and a substrate including the EBG structure. <P>SOLUTION: An EBG structure shown in one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a conductor layer 101; a conductor layer 102 forming the conductor layer 101 and a capacitance; and a conductor layer 103 connected to the conductor layer 102 via a via 104a. The conductor layer 103 comprises conductor plates 113a, 113b, 113c and 113d, and the conductor plates 113a, 113b, 113c and 113d are connected to the via 104a via conductor wires 105a, 105b, 105c and 105d, respectively, so that bandgap characteristics in a low frequency band can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
