<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus in which when generating a two-dimensional moving image by imaging a virtual three-dimensional space using a virtual camera, complexity of that processing can be avoided. <P>SOLUTION: Individual two-dimensional moving image generation means ITG1, ITG2...ITGn generates individual two-dimensional moving images by imaging virtual three-dimensional space data TD1, TD2...TDn through a virtual camera in accordance with virtual camera parameters CP1, CP2...CPn. A two-dimensional moving image superimposing means 62 superimposes generated individual two-dimensional moving images to generate a target two-dimensional moving image.
