<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidity indicator for detecting predetermined humidity, which has a memory property to record a history indicating that high humidity is detected, even when a surrounding environment of the humidity indicator is changed to a lower humidity after being placed in a higher humidity environment than predetermined humidity. <P>SOLUTION: A coating for a humidity indicator, which contains an electron-donating coloration compound, an acidic compound which is solid at ordinary temperature, a deliquescent substance, an aqueous resin emulsion, and polyvinyl pyrrolidone in a predetermined composition, is applied to a carrier such as a nonwoven fabric, is heated, and is heat-dried, thereby the coating is made into a coloration composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
