<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser source device capable of adjusting a spot position of laser beams. <P>SOLUTION: A laser source device includes: a light source; a condensing lens part for condensing laser beams emitted from the light source; a beam deflection element for deflecting the laser beams; and an optical element for propagating the laser beams condensed by the condensing lens part. The beam deflection element is formed by any one of a liquid crystal element, an acousto-optic element and an electro-optic element. The laser source device changes a direction that the laser beams are condensed at the optical element according to an electric potential distribution caused by voltage applied to the beam deflection element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
