<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for electrochemical machining which controls an adverse effect to processing quality caused by a flow of an electrolyte, and to provide a device for electrochemical machining. <P>SOLUTION: The method for electrochemical machining includes steps for: feeding an electrolyte to a workpiece 1 from an electrolyte feeding port 11c of an electrode 11; reciprocating the electrode 11 so as to bring the electrode close to and separated from the workpiece 1; and applying a voltage between the electrode 11 and the workpiece 1. The method for electrochemical machining controls the application of a voltage to be stopped when the electrode 11 reaches a position closest to the workpiece 1, and when the electrode 11 moves in a direction separating from the workpiece 1, starts the application of the voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
