<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking utensil 100 for direct heating which is capable of cooking food at a time without turning the food over, and can equally heat the whole of the food 60. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking utensil for direct heating includes: a body 10 composed of a base plate 12 on which flame from a cooker hits a lower surface thereof and side walls 11 and 13; a baking plate 30 placed on an upper surface of the body 10; a cover 40 for forming a cooking space 50 between the upper surface of the body 10; a supply flow channel 22 formed in one side wall 11, communicating from a supply port 20 formed inside the side wall 11 to an upper end of the side wall 11, and guiding the flame or hot air guided from the base plate 12 to the cooking space 50; and a discharge flow channel 24 formed in the other side wall 13, communicating from an upper end of the side wall 13 to a discharge port 26 in an outer surface of the side wall 13, and discharging the hot air passing through the cooking space 50 outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
