<p>Disclosed are a planographic printing plate precursor and planographic printing method capable of obtaining excellent developability while still maintaining printing resistance of the lithographic printing plate after development. The disclosed planographic printing plate precursor has an image recording layer which, disposed on a support body with a hydrophilic surface, contains a polymerizable compound, a polymerization initiator, polymeric microparticles having a polyethylene oxy group in the side chain, and a high-molecular compound, wherein the high-molecular compound is star-shape, the main chain of which having three or more branchings, and has polyethyleneoxy groups and/or polypropyleneoxy groups on the side chains branching from the main chain.</p> |
