The machine (10) has a chamfer with certain width in an accumulating side and extended along an edge. A claw pole finger (24) is limited on the accumulating side along a circumferential direction. A sectional plane intersects the claw pole finger vertically to a rotational axis (29) of a rotor (20). A ratio between 0.2 and 0.8 or 0.4 to 0.6 is imageable from the certain width of the accumulating chamfer and specific width of a tooth head. The sectional plane is removed from a claw pole circuit board (23) with the predetermined ratio with respect to characteristic of the machine.
