PURPOSE: A cooling device and a display device having the same are provided to increase cooling performance by including a scroll structure for reducing flow resistance. CONSTITUTION: A cooling fan discharges fluid inhaling from a radiation element. A pair of radiation blocks(162,163) is included of both sides of the cooling fan. Heat pipes(164-167) transfer heat to the radiation blocks from the radiation element. The cooling fan includes an impeller(151) and a scroll unit(152). |
