PURPOSE: A wave-power generation apparatus is provided to increase vertical force to a floating unit by increasing frictional force between the floating unit and wave. CONSTITUTION: A wave-power generation apparatus comprises a guide bar(103), a fixing unit(105) a floating unit(101), and a power generation unit(110). One end of the guide bar is inserted under the water. The fixing unit fixes the guide bar under the water. The floating unit moves up and down along with the guide bar by wave. The power generation unit generates torque for operating a power generator or a compressor using the motion of the floating unit.
