PURPOSE: An anchor for a sling and an implantation device are provided to make precise mount thereof possible in case a surgical operation is completed. CONSTITUTION: An anchor for a sling comprises a body(110), a head(120), and a tail(130). In the body, a plurality of thorns is formed at an interval on both sides, a plurality of depression grooves is formed on the upper side thereof, and a plurality of body protrusions are protruded from the bottom thereof. The head is formed in the front of the body and forms an implantation device combining hole. The tail is formed in the rear end of the body and has a plurality of coupling protrusions.
