PURPOSE: A microorganism fermentation machine comprising a case, a fermenting tank, a door, and an outlet cover is provided to easily add compounding ingredients without additional equipment. CONSTITUTION: A microorganism fermentation machine comprises a case(100), a fermentation tank, a door, and an outlet cover. The case is opened at the upper portion and front upper side. The door comprises a first door(210) for covering the upper portion of the case and a second door(220) for covering the front upper side. The first door is coupled at the upper end side of back portion of the case to be rotated. The second door is coupled at the opposite side of the upper end side. The fermentation machine further comprises an elastic support at one side of the first door and case. The elastic support is a gas cylinder or hydraulic cylinder. The outlet cover is formed in the height of 500mm-700mm from a side of front lower portion of the case.
