PURPOSE: A system for supplying fuels for a ship engine is provided to maintain the proper viscosity of the fuels by preventing temperature from rapidly changing. CONSTITUTION: A system for supplying fuels for a ship engine comprises a MGO fuel tank(11), a HFO fuel tank(12), a main valve(10), a MGO supply pipe(13), a HFO supply pipe(14), a MGO return pipe(15), a HFO return pipe(16), a first opening/closing valve(40), a second opening/closing valve(50), a fuel supply control unit. The first opening/closing valve opens and closes the main valve toward the MGO return pipe or the HFO return pipe. The second opening/closing valve is connected to the MGO fuel tank and the MGO return pipe. The fuel supply control unit supplies MGO fuels in the MGO fuel tank or HFO fuels to the ship engine according to the temperature of the engine inlet.
