PURPOSE: A concrete-filled FRP tube sleeper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce tensile strength applied to concrete by previously applying compressive stress to the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a concrete-filled FRP tube sleeper is as follows. An FRP tube composed of an FRP(Fiber Reinforced Polymer) sleeper and a hollow pipe-shaped connection unit is formed(P10). The hollow pipe-shaped connection unit is integrally formed on the FRP sleeper. A sleeper is formed by filling the FRP tube with concrete(P20).
