PURPOSE: A power consumption measuring apparatus is provided to effectively support power optimization at the PCB(Printed Circuit Board) level of a ubiquitous wireless device. CONSTITUTION: A target board(110) tests power consumption. A measuring unit(120) measures the power consumption at a plurality of locations of the target board. A synchronization manager(130) provides an executive command in regard to function acting in the target board. An analysis unit(140) receives the executive command in regard to the function from the synchronization manager. The analysis unit receives the power consumption during the operation of the function at the target board according to the executive command from the measuring unit.
