PURPOSE: A network tree configuration system and method thereof are provided to form optimal network trees by minimizing calculation rates for constructing a network. CONSTITUTION: An initial value changing unit(240) changes an initial network tree. A node moving unit(210) randomly moves nodes located within the tree. A network performance determination unit(220) determines the network performance of a network tree. A node movement stopping unit(230) stops the movement of the node based on the determined network performance. A network tree determination unit(250) determines the network tree for multicasting of the stored network tree.
