PURPOSE: An exercise device for strengthening adductor and sphincter is provided to enable a user to do adductor and sphincter exercise by sliding a stage. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device for strengthening adductor and sphincter comprises a main body(20) and a stage(30). The main body is comprised of a main board(21) and a cover plate(22). On the upper side of the cover of the main body, a sliding groove(23) is from side to side. The stage is arranged on the upper side of the main body as a pair. On the upper side of the main body, right and left sliding grooves are in formed long.
