PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of surface enhanced raman scattering(sers) patterning and color patterning using photo induced disintegration of gelled gold nano-particle agglomerate are provided to induce photo induced disintegration by irradiating gold nano-particle aggregate with light. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of surface enhanced raman scattering(sers) patterning comprises the following steps: obtaining gold nano-particle aggregate by adding a condensation inducer to gold nano-particles; obtaining gelled gold nano-particle aggregate by gelling the gold nano-particle aggregate; and forming color patterning by irradiating the gelled gold nano-particle aggregate with light. The condensation inducer is either p-aminophenol(pATP) or cysteamine(CA). The concentration of pATP is 4.3-4.4 micro M. Gelation is operated by adding an agarose solution. A wave length of used light is 532 nano meters.
