PURPOSE: A rehabilitation training device for the lower body and a method therefor are provided to display a measured value and a target value during rehabilitation training. CONSTITUTION: A rehabilitation training device for the lower body comprises a touch screen(110), a tilt sensor(120), a load measurement unit(130), a controller(140), and a target value output unit(170). The touch screen displays measurement information and is touched by a user. The tilt sensor is worn on the ankle of the user and measures the slope of the lower body of the user. The load measurement unit is built in the stage unit and measures the load of the lower body. The controller produces load data and load balance data and displays a target value and a measured value through a touch screen. The target value output unit produces a training target value.
