PURPOSE: A producing method of an opuntia ficus extract is provided to rapidly and completely remove thorns from the opuntia ficus before producing the opuntia ficus extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an opuntia ficus extract comprises the following steps: firstly remove thorns from the opuntia ficus by inserting the opuntia ficus into a brush washer more than one hour; finely cutting the opuntia ficus, and inserting the cut opuntia ficus into a micro-mill before rotating in the super-high speed; extracting the obtained opuntia ficus liquid for more than 8 hours in an extraction tank. The micro-mill rotates more than 4,500 times per minute.
