PURPOSE: A joint unit structure of a prefabricated structure and a construction method of a prefabricated structure using the same are provided to enable the vertical and horizontal connection of a prefabricated structure when the prefabricated structure is temporarily assembled. CONSTITUTION: A joint unit structure(10) of a prefabricated structure comprises a main connector, a horizontal support, and a cover support. The main connector has a vertical support member insertion space. The horizontal support has a horizontal support member insertion space. The cover support is composed of horizontal and vertical parts. The horizontal part is inserted into a fastening horizontal part of the horizontal support. A vertical support member(50) is inserted into the vertical part.
